Think Tank Softball

I started playing on my company softball team. We play in the DC Think Tank League. Our slogan is "Smart People Playing (poorly)." For some reason, Danger thinks this is funny. I think its cool, which I guess makes me a HUGE nerd. But, thats OK, I like nerds.

PS- We won our first game 22-15.

You're gonna love Welker... he was my favorite. You will too... big mistake dolphins!!

20-15 ??? Was anybody on either team using a glove?

PS- don't listen to danger... the newly self ordained "queen of recycling" lectured me on the merits of placing my empty water bottle in the recycle bin, whilst she threw her empty plastic salad container in the garbage 15 minutes later!! hmmmmm...

I'm pro-recycling. The Inconvenient Truth is my bible. I'm also a firm believer in the "its the thought that counts", maybe she was testing you.

Im gonna love Welker, and Stallworth and Moss and Thomas...and I'm gonna love it when we win the super bowl this year.

It's slow pitch...people hit the ball pretty hard.

Danger's testing me huh? I’m not so sure about that! ... But if so, I hope there's a "Bell Curve"!!

I love Mother Earth too... but, as with real mothers, If you mess with them too much they give you (or the human race) a spankin'. I studied the Gaia theory when in college. If you haven't heard of it, it's quite interesting. The theory is that the Earth is a self-regulating mechanism that purges itself of harmful entities that start to throw off the balance of the system. If that is true, (I personally think that a lot of the theory has merit), we as a species are on the top of Gaia's hit list!

I'll believe that you two are committed to recycling when you start playing "Flip Cup" with recycled paper cups instead of the large plastic ones!!

Not so sure about Moss... but when he's into playing, he's pretty amazing.
