fun things to do when you should be packing up your apartment:

drink wine, clear out old photos from camera phone, laugh/cry at how funny/gross you are, and then blog about it.

this, i'm sorry to say, is exactly what it looks like. it's 13 inches of my hair, in a ponytail, in a ziploc bag. i chopped it off a month ago and then mailed it to florida, where these guys will turn it into a wig and some child will wear my hair around on his/her head. why i took a photo of it, i have no idea. donating my hair was my good deed of the year, and will hopefully make up for the horrible and tasteless things i'm sure to do and say in the immediate and distant future.

here's a photo of a tweety bird ice cream confection that a friend at work brought me. as you can see from the wrapper, the ice cream is supposed to resemble tweety bird, of looney tunes fame. however, the ice cream confection more closely resembles an alien with down's syndrome.


i call this one "jelly man kelly" (i heart you, james taylor). whenever i go to a diner and they have those little jelly packets, i have to take one and disect it with my knife until i've created some sort of recognizable shape. people always think i'm nuts, but someday i'll be a famous artist with an exhibit in a chelsea art gallery, filled with these stupid things. i hope no one reading this blog steals my idea.

in conclusion, why am i so retarded? oh, because i'm an alien with down's syndrome.
