i cannot possibly describe how excellent it was to see eel last weekend in d.c. highlights include:
-margaritas, obviously
-eating the entire animal kingdom
-befriending this little guy in the park outside the capitol:

(did you know squirrels like peanut m&m's? well, they do.)

-annoying the shit out of josh by reciting dialogue from our favorite movie
-touring the capitol as guests of HRC
-saturday dinner
-10,000 glasses of wine
-national zoo. we saw a sloth bear, baby otters, and got a cooking lesson:

-attending james taylor concert
-eastern market
-watching a pantload of football

yes, life is good in the district. and have you heard? it never gets cold there...
